Hello Everyone, it’s Piroska here today with my latest layout for CUT to YOU. My task for today’s post was to make a Boys Layout, which was quite a challenge for me as I mostly make girly layouts about my daughter. To fulfill my task I chose a photo of my husband and the Crazy Love Circle cut file.
I always wanted to try how such a circle cut file would look when you cut it multiply times. I copied the Crazy Love Circle cut file twice and resized it, and placed all three in the middle of the layout.
Then I started to back the cut file with some patterned papers of the Legendary collection of Cocoa Vanilla Studio. I backed each word with a different colour, slightly rotated in each circle.
I matted my photo with the same patterned papers, and put it on the right side. Then I started to add some embellishments to decorate my layout. I wanted to avoid stars, so I was looking for other die cuts and phrasel stickers.
Finally I added a clear sticker (you) to the cut file title, some journalling, and I was ready.
I really love how this layout looks, it’s a modern boy layout. Thanks for the challenge, Gwen! 😉
