Hi sweet CTY friends,
It’s NenaScrap here with you today. I’m happy to share with you this summer layout with the gorgeous Crazy Love Circle cutfile.
This is the first time I use a cutfile directly in the background. I immediately loved the font and the circular shape of the Crazy Love Circle cutfile.
I chose the beautiful Wonders collection by Paige Evans. I love these bright colors. I cut my cutfile in white cardstock with my Silhouette Cameo and I backed it with this sort of watercolor paper from Wonders. It looks like you can see a rainbow behind the white cardstock through the letters of the cutfile.
I worked my layout on 2 opposite areas on the circle. On one side, I positioned my matted photo with several pieces of paper and embellishments. My title is a foam sticker from the Brave And Bold by Amy Tangerine collection.
On the other side, I positioned embellishments to visually balance the layout.
To accompany my circus performers, LOL, I created a flight of butterflies that give an upward movement to my layout. This is reminiscent of the upward movement given by the photo.
I really like how this layout turns out and especially the energy that the Crazy Love Circle cutfile brings. I feel like it creates a moving wheel that takes everything in its circle.
